As a member of the ZVEI (German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association), we have committed ourselves to complying with the ZVEI Code of Conduct on Social Responsibility. We are committed to the common basic understanding of socially oriented corporate management in economic, technological, social and ecological terms as defined in the Code of Conduct. This voluntary commitment is based on internationally applicable agreements, including the United Nations' "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" as well as the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the principles of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.
Our actions comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate. We attach great importance to fair working conditions and equal rights. We see the Code of Conduct as a guideline for the entrepreneurial behaviour of our employees. It contains principles that simply must apply to a company producing in Germany.
