Payment Information

You can choose to pay by Sofort Banking, credit card or PayPal. The price stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT of 19% and other price components.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.

If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, we are unfortunately unable to offer this service at present.

Delivery is made exclusively with our shipping partner GLS.

We do not offer delivery to packing stations.

Likewise, shipping to the German islands and Halligen, as well as to islands in the EU, is not possible.

However, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order.

If you choose the "collection" shipping option, we will contact you as soon as we have received your order.

Collection is only possible by prior arrangement and can only take place on weekdays (Mon.-Thurs.: 8.00 - 15.00, Fri. 8.00 - 12.00).

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered:

within Germany within 3-5 working days, to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France within 4-6 working days, after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no dispatch or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

For packaging and shipping within Germany, a flat rate of € 9.99 per shipment is charged for GLS standard shipping.

Shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands costs a flat rate of €12.99 per shipment.

Shipping to Luxembourg and Austria costs a flat rate of €13.99 per shipment.

Shipping to France costs a flat rate of €15.99 per shipment.
