Already in the third generation, we realise extraordinary luminaire concepts for living spaces, hotels, gastronomy, offices and business premises that are simply different. With their timeless aesthetics and high-quality workmanship, they stand the test of time and are diametrically opposed to the short product cycles of the fast-moving consumer world.

Since its foundation in 1968, GROSSMANN has developed from a small supplier of lighting accessories to an internationally renowned manufacturer of home lighting. There are two things above all that define us, our corporate philosophy and our success: our absolute commitment to the quality of our products as well as to Germany and the region of South Westphalia as a business location. In addition, ecological and social responsibility shape our corporate strategy - today more than ever. We plan, develop and manufacture our luminaires exclusively at our company headquarters in Ense, North Rhine-Westphalia. This allows us to closely accompany and control the production processes - and thus guarantee consistently high quality. Long-term cooperation with regional service providers and suppliers is very important to us. We combine the advantages of a modern industrial company with those of a genuine manufactory: for example, we employ a skilled girdler who realises individual prototypes and small quantities for our business customers. But not only him, but all our employees are real experts in their respective fields.

Our products are more than just luminaires. They are decorative vehicles for light. They not only serve as eye-catchers themselves, but conjure up wonderful lighting effects in any room - sometimes radiantly bright like a diva, sometimes cleverly staged and sometimes diffusely restrained. We see ourselves as experts who design luminaires and light to be timeless. We plan our products so that they convey moods with their light, create a special atmosphere and functionally illuminate rooms exactly where it is needed.

Our quality team checks every GROSSMANN luminaire down to the smallest detail

Trust in our quality made by GROSSMANN. Every product that leaves our factory has been thoroughly tested down to the smallest detail. It goes without saying that we comply with the current EU standards and apply the strictest quality standards. When it comes to quality, we make no compromises. We manufacture all our products exclusively in Germany. The "Made in Germany" label still represents a great promise of quality for our customers all over the world. They expect our luminaires to be reliable, safe and of high quality. We can proudly say that we more than fulfil these high expectations.

We attach great importance to the highest quality - and for every single part

With our products, all signs point to longevity. We pay attention to the highest quality and value for all installed parts and during the entire production process - from the electronics to the grinding and anodising of surfaces. We select our suppliers carefully. Here, too, we check the quality of raw materials and purchased parts through strict incoming goods inspections. Our success proves us right: later product complaints are an absolute exception with us.
