We are sustainable, even without planting trees. But we do it anyway, to make an active contribution to climate protection. 1 luminaire = 1 tree

Sustainable action is a common thread running through all areas of our company: due to their timeless design and high-quality LED technology, our products are extremely durable and efficient. Furthermore, we only manufacture in Germany and work predominantly with regional suppliers. The short transport routes are reflected in a good CO2 balance.

To do even more, we are reforesting climate-neutral mixed forest on our doorstep, in the heart of the Sauerland. Because healthy forests are not only an important cultural asset and a place of retreat for us humans, they also help to bind greenhouse gases, release oxygen, alleviate natural disasters and preserve biodiversity.

Each department makes an important contribution to our sustainability concept:

René Erlmann I Managing Director

The best guarantee for sustainability? Genuine "Made in Germany". Short transport routes and durable quality minimise the CO2 consumption of our products enormously.

Marco König I Product Manager

We don't chase after short-lived trends. Our products are timeless and made for generations.

Leyla Shafiyeva I Distribution

Sustainable down to the last detail: our luminaires arrive at our customers' premises CO2-neutral and in recyclable packaging.

YOU SHOULD COMPARE US!
WHO ELSE COMBINES ALL THIS IN EVERY PRODUCT?

- Regionallymanufactured with components from Germany

- Durable thanks to high-quality materials and workmanship

- Timeless, as we do not chase design trends

- Efficient thanks to modern LED technology

Sustainable development and production - still made in Germany.

We take our social and ecological responsibility seriously. As an owner-managed family business in its third generation, we are clearly committed to Germany as a production location - always and more than ever. We manufacture in Ense in North Rhine-Westphalia and our suppliers also come almost exclusively from South Westphalia. This means short transport routes and low CO2 emissions.

Unprinted and stable - packaging material made for upcycling.

Are you also sometimes reluctant to simply dispose of undamaged packaging material in the paper waste? Our luminaires arrive at your door CO2-neutral and in recyclable, paper-based packaging. Since the double-walled, sturdy cardboard boxes are unprinted, they can be perfectly recycled. Send Christmas presents in them, store items or breathe new life into them in a creative way.

Timeless design meets
durable LED technology

We create products for generations and not for a throwaway society! To achieve this, we combine timeless luminaire design with long-lasting LED technology. To back up our promise of quality, we give you a 5-year guarantee on every GROSSMANN luminaire. Even after that, we offer you a repair service for many years to come. In addition, we already think about the end of life cycle during product development and have been contributing to the various disposal systems for years.

Thinking about the future in every action

Sustainability is not just an empty phrase for us: we act sustainably - across all departments, activities and production steps. Whatever we do, we think about the future: Where can we use even more environmentally friendly materials? Can packaging and transport routes be optimised even further? And how can we make our processes even more energy-efficient? We take our corporate responsibility seriously.

And if something should happen, our repair service for your luminaire

Normally, our luminaires do exactly what they are made for - for many years and decades. Only extremely rarely do our customers have reason to complain. But of course it can always happen that something is defective or damaged. Then our repair service is there for you. In order to conserve resources and further increase the service life of our products, we replace both the LEDs and the control gear for you at the factory.

We align our company with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals

We see sustainability as part of our responsibility. The United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the economic, social and environmental spheres are as ambitious as they are important. Published in 2015, the Agenda shows how we want to live in the future. For us, they are the guidelines on the way to meeting the demands of the present and a sustainable future.
